How it works
TAOX gives you one eSIM and one USD balance for travelling. Here is what happens from installation to arrival.
Step 1
Get your eSIM
Your eSIM is assigned to your account. Install it from your phone's settings using the QR code.
Step 2
Keep a USD balance
Your balance is in US dollars, not gigabytes, so it works in every supported country.
Step 3
Turn on roaming when you land
Select the TAOX eSIM for mobile data and turn on data roaming. Your phone connects to a local partner network.
Step 4
Pay the local rate
Data is charged at the local rate of the network you use. Check prices per country before you travel.
Compatible phones
Your phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Most recent iPhone, Pixel and Samsung Galaxy models do.
What we can't promise yet
If you delete the eSIM from your phone it may not be possible to reinstall it. Usage figures are reported by the network with a delay of about 10 to 15 minutes.
